Educational Qualifications:
Asst. Company Secretary ->
(1) Graduate in any discipline. Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI.) Degree in Law will be added advantage.
(2) E2 Grade-Five years, E3 Grade-Nine years, E4 Grade-Twelve years. Should be able to liaison with lawyers, regulators etc. Sufficient experience in Legal as well as Secretarial functions.
Business Consultant ->
(1) B.E / B.Tech in Engineering discipline OR Graduate / Post Graduate in non-Engineering discipline. MBA will be added advantage.
(2) 18 years- For B.Tech /Post Graduate in any Discipline 20 years- For Graduate in Non-Engineering Discipline. Conversant with Government Regulations, Policies & Procedures. Effective presentation skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, Liaison with different Ministry / Government Departments / State Government/ Embassy/ Export Houses for bringing new business. Proven success track record in the said area. Strategic sourcing. Acquaintance with Foreign Customer and Corporate House will be an added advantage.
