  • Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 26 years.

Executive Associate (HR):-


  • Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 02 / 06 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing performance management system.   • Pay Scale:- Rs 60000 – 65000/- Per Month

  • Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 35 years.

Associate (HR) Manager:-


  • Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 11 / 15 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing formulating HR Policies, skill development policies etc.

  • Pay Scale:- Rs 70000 – 75000/- Per Month

  • Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 41 years.
