Age Limit:- The age of the candidate for the post of Management Trainee should be 27 years as on 31st May 2015.
Qualification:- Candidate should have BBA degree from recognized university with minimum 75% of marks, MBA degree full time or equivalent two years full time diploma from a recognized university and having more than 65% of marks.

General instructions:-
- Candidates who will appointed as management Trainee will be on training for a period of one year.
- On successful completion of one year training period and presentation he / she would be considered for appointment as Deputy Manager.
- Selected candidates is required to deposit Rs 50000/- in case of General / OBC and Rs 25000/- in case of SC / ST / PWD as security for serving the company for 5 years.
- Applicants are required to send a Demand draft of Rs 500/- and Rs 200/- for SC / ST / PWD / Female category drawn in favor of WAPCOS Limited payable at Gurgaon along with the application form.
- Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview.
- No residential accommodation will be provided.
- HRA will provided as per rules of the company.
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD will be as per government rules.
- The Headquarters of the persons appointed will be at Gurhaon.
- Applicant should have valid Indian passport.
