  • Forester:- 165 Posts

  • Field Assistant:- 16 Posts

Qualification:- Must hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Science or Engineering of any recognized University with any one of the following subjects; Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Botany / Chemistry / Computer Applications / Computer Science / Engineering (All Engineering subjects including Agricultural Engineering) / Environmental Science / Forestry / Geology / Horticulture / Marine Biology / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Veterinary Science / Wildlife Biology / Zoology. The Educational qualification prescribed for this post should have been obtained by passing in the following order of sequence S.S.L.C+H.S.C.+U.G. Degree. (10 + 2 +3).


Age Limit:- 21 to 30 years for General and 21 to 35 Years for candidates who belongs to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs and DWs of all Castes.


Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of written Examination, the successful candidates will be called for appearing in walking test, physical standards verification and personality test for final selection.


Examination Centre:- Examinations will be held in six centres namely, Chennai, Salem, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli and Trichy. The Tamil Nadu Forest Uniformed Services Recruitment Committee (TNFUSRC) reserves the right to modify the Examination Centres.


Application Fee:- Rs. 60/- (Rs. 50/- + Rs.10/- (Service Charge to Post office))


Examination Fee:- Rs. 262/- (Rs.250/- + Rs.12/- (Service Charge to Post office)).
