Eligibility: Promotion / Deputation Officers of the Central / State Government:-
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) with 3 years regular service in the scale of Rs. 5500-9000 [pre-revised) or equivalent and
(iii) 8 years regular service in the scale of Rs. 4500-7000 or equivalent.
Educational Qualifications:
(a) Diploma in printing and allied trade from a recognized institution or equivalent.
(b) 5 years practical experience in process Camera or off-set printing press.
