Educational Qualifications: Matriculation and passed All India Trade Test conducted by NCVT, Govt. of India after completing the stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an Integrated steel plant.
Physical Standards:
(a) Height -> 155 cms (Male), 143 cms (Female)
(b) Weight -> 45 Kgs (Male), 35 Years (Female)
(c) Chest Measurement -> 75 cms, On expansion: 79 cms (Male); 70 cms,
On expansion: 75 cms (Female)
(d) Eye – i) Vision (Myopia/ Hypermetropia) – 6/9 Both eyes (with or without glasses) – For Distant Vision Power glass (if worn): not more than +2.5 D – For Near Vision; ii) Colour Vision – Normal.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview.
Application Fee: Rs. 150/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; Rs.50/- (Only Processing Fee) for Locally Displaced Person. The payment through Pay-in -Slip.
